Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 on the online settlement of consumer disputes (in short: ODR regulation) has been in effect since January 9, 2016. It serves to strengthen consumer rights. The European Commission provides a corresponding platform for out-of-court online dispute resolution at https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/.

Information according to the Consumer Dispute Settlement Act (VSBG):

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in a dispute settlement procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
